For the first time in 8 years I have been accused of:
A) Copying someone’s website.
B) Their concept.
C) Their name.
D) Stalking them.
E) Their writings.
My crime?? My site has a similar name to theirs. The stupid thing is that my site domain was registered in November 2002. That can be proved. Theirs originated in June 2003. Their journal originated on 16th November, 2003. Go figure.
If I wasn’t so shocked or pissed off I would find it laughable.
The message left on my guestbook was extremely offensive, rude and arrogant. They ordered me that I give credit to them and then change the name of my site. Errmm It’s a Domain not a site name. Yes, certainly I am gonna delete my domain and then pay for a new one called Iamanidiot.com. Right.
It seems their gripe is because we are both on a toplist site and they are worried that my site will get more hits. Umm not likely but there ya go. I find it an affront to this amazing lifestyle that it all comes down to hits per site. Funny, but I thought it was about kinks, mindset, bondage and living in the real world, not about ‘my site is better than yours’.
I joined an egroup after being invited by the owner and with permission from
my Master, and this girl was also on the list. BTW, its the only M/s list that I
am on, but they have accused me of stalking them lol. I don't have anything
better to do with my time each day, than stalk some one on the net. I don't serve
my Master or live in a busy house with 3 kids, nor do I work. I just
stalk..mwwhhaaaa
Nothing on that site is in the least similar to mine. I don’t even own the
copyright to the graphics on my site. Maybe they didn't see the 'Made exclusively
for aslavesheart by Graphic Pleasures' on every single page of my main site.
How many pages do you know that has a naked woman on it? Maybe all those
thousands of sites have copied hers as well. Even before it was made, people
obviously read her mind and took her idea’s.
I put slaves heart in google and came up with literally thousands of links. Have they all copied to? Of course it could be me they have ALL copied. Yeh right!
When I first saw her site 2 days ago I thought it was a nice site. She writes with talent and I liked her journal entries. It’s a Gorean site but I didn’t let that put me off. Hell I’m all for each to their own. I was gonna put a link to her site on mine, but forget it. Hell I was even gonna vote on her site on the top lists. How stupid am I.
Anyway, I have nothing to be ashamed of, nor am I going to lower myself to that level.
So, if you have a purple page with a naked woman on it beware! Oh and obviously if you have used slave and heart in your site, your in obvious copyright theft. PPfffttttttttt.
Btw it was a slaves love that was the inspiration for the name. She had a fantastic site that is now sadly closed.
